The biggest Barcamp event was held last Sunday in Beijing. They are holding one event every 3 month and on every event they add another speakers room. The organizers got to 5 speaker room on that last one! which consist of more than 40 speakers.
I had rough time thinking what I should talk about and eventually I found it. I’ll talk about customer development!
I do have a series of posts about the customer development I do right now for Go Finish in Startup Weekend NEXT program (put link). So, I felt speaking about it was very appropriate but from a different point of view -> GO ONLINE!
I’m VERY much in favor of the approach to “get out of the building” and do your customer development. Still there are many ways to do it, and on this talk I decided to give one that is purely an online approach. It takes time like every other customer development process you need to do but it’s a good model to follow.
The big bonus about it is that by the time you finish you will already have your social network and profiles build up, all you need to do now is start talking about your product to the people you already got there.
